VHI Company Plan Plus Level 1.3

My wife and I are currently on Company Plan Plus Level 1.3 which is due for renewal on January 21st, 2020. We are currently paying €1128 p.a. but this plan will now cost €1193 p.a. Is there any cheaper plan out there that would give us similar benefits? Steelstown

Steelstown, The only similar plan is Laya Inspire @ 1140 per adult. (price from 1st Jan 2020). Note; there is a 3% charge if you pay by installments with Laya, so it would cost 1140 + 33 = 1173. Alternative cheaper options would not have day to day cover. VHI PMI 37 13 @ price 1148pa. Many thanks in advance So we are due for renewal Currently on Company Plan Plus Level 1.3 Adult one age 40 Company Plan Plus Level 1.3 Adult two age 36 One Plan Family child one age 6 Renewal is 2,753.08 Would you still reccommend this plan to maintain similar/same level of cover? Hi Baxter, There are no cheaper VHI plans including day to day cover ie refund for gp visits, etc. There are 2 cheaper VHI with similar hospital cover, details as follows; 1. VHI PMI 37 13; price 1197pa; all public. private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered; private hospital excess 100 per admission, day case excess 100 per procedure. Limited day to day cover on this plan. 2. I've just received a quotation for Company Plan Plus Level 1 and that would cost €950.00. In essence, Plan B offers full cover for many procedures in private hospitals that CPP does not. However, CPP's day-to-day cover is far, far superior. e.g. G.P. visit is €25 vs. €13 on Plan B. Consultant is €60 vs. €39. Physiotherapy is €25 vs. €13.
